As a Phillips Academy student, there are many ways to receive technical assistance, so do not be afraid to ask.

You can get one-on-one help with a Techmaster on Mondays and Thursdays between 8 PM and 10 PM on the second floor of the library. Please bring your charger with you, and we'll see if we can fix your problem. If that does not work for you, you can also use the live chat, email, or FAQ links. For hardware or password-related issues, please contact the Office of Information Technology. You can reach them via email, or in person at the PACC (basement of the Library) on weekdays between 8 AM and 5 PM.
